Introduction

The Locowin Global website and our other platforms are subject to the Terms and Conditions described on this page. Every player who uses or registers on the Locowin Global website automatically agrees to comply with all the Terms and Conditions on this page. If you disagree with any of these terms, you should stop using our services immediately.

Locowin is operated by STARSCREAM LTD, which is licensed and regulated in the territory of the Kanawake Mohawk Tribe by the Kanawake Gaming Commission, licence number 00952 issued in July 2023.

We periodically make changes to the current Terms and Conditions and will notify you of any changes. You will then be asked to agree to the new company policy. If you do not agree to the new rules within the specified time, you will no longer be able to use your account. In the event of any disputes, the English version of the Locowin Global Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

General Rights and Obligations & Account

By using the services of Locowin Global, the player agrees that they are doing so at their own risk and that they are of legal age. You also confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. Each player may only use the services of Locowin Global on their own behalf.

The player is solely responsible for any violations of regional or local laws that may result from using the services of Locowin. Please check whether gambling and betting are prohibited in your country of residence.

When creating an account, the player will need to provide us with personal data. We will use this data solely to provide services to the player and improve their quality. This data may be transferred to government agencies to combat terrorist financing and money laundering.

Players may not use illegal money to make deposits on the Locowin website. You are also fully responsible for declaring your income in your country of residence.

When registering an account, players agree to the following:

  • You have not used self-exclusion on the Locowin Global website;
  • You do not have any other open accounts on our website.

Each player may only register one account. In the event of multiple accounts being created, all player profiles on the Locowin Global website may be blocked and funds confiscated.

We periodically conduct player account checks. You acknowledge that in the event of a violation of any rule on this page, we have the full right to block such a customer.

The player must not disclose personal data to third parties. We are not responsible for any loss of funds as a result of data leaks caused by your fault. If this happens, please notify technical support immediately so that we can take protective measures.

Every player can delete their account. To do this, the customer needs to contact technical support, who will help with this. Any collusion with the aim of cheating on the Locowin Global website is prohibited. Players must remain polite.

Deposits

We do not charge any fees for payments and reserve the right to set deposit limits. Funds can be added to your account balance using any payment system in the ‘Deposit’ section. All withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business days. In case of any delays, we will notify you.

In the event of an erroneous crediting of winnings to your account, this money may be withdrawn in favour of STARSCREAM LTD. If the customer has already withdrawn this money, it will become a debt to STARSCREAM LTD. The minimum deposit amount is 10 EUR. Deposits for illegal activities or for the purpose of defrauding Locowin Global are prohibited.

In the event of a player’s debt to Locowin Global, any funds credited may be debited from the account balance to pay off the debt. In the case of a deposit in a currency other than the currency of your account, the money will be converted at the standard exchange rate. Please note that you are solely responsible for paying all fees.

When making a deposit on the Locowin Global website, you agree not to cancel or reverse payments in any way. You also agree to take full responsibility for any losses incurred by us in the event of payment reversals.

Withdrawals

When making any payments, the player must use payment system accounts that belong to him/her. The withdrawal methods available to the player are listed in the ‘Withdrawal’ section.

Players can withdraw money from their real balance at any time, even if they have money in their bonus balance. All bonus funds and winnings from them can only be withdrawn if a minimum deposit of EUR 10 or more has been made. All withdrawals have their own limits, and players cannot share money with each other on the Locowin Global website.

Customers can only make withdrawals to the payment system accounts used to make the deposit. If this is not possible, the money will be returned to the player in accordance with the current AML policy.

Our staff have the right to carry out any additional checks on customer withdrawals. You agree to provide photographs and copies of documents that may help us verify the customer’s identity and address. We may also request confirmation of the source of wealth and source of funds, as well as political status, for cumulative deposits exceeding €2,000. We are required to carry out checks to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.

Each withdrawal request must be approved or rejected within 2 business days. In the event of a delay in payments of 10 days or more, we will inform you of the reason. In the case of withdrawals of EUR 50,000 or more, we reserve the right to split the payment into several transactions.

The maximum withdrawal amount is €12,500 per week or €50,000 per month. The minimum withdrawal amount within the EU is €30 via bank transfer, and €250 in other territories.

Players should understand that our services are consumed during their gambling, so money for spins/bets is debited from their balance immediately after their spin/bet confirmation. If necessary, we may conduct reliability checks. Players should understand that Locowin Global is not a banking institution.

Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Due Diligence

The companies that have issued us with licences are located within the EU and are subject to the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive. Because of this, we are obliged to carry out checks on all customers and the legality of their funds.

The Locowin Global website cannot be used for money laundering. We will take steps to combat such activities. All suspicious transactions will be investigated, and any funds used for money laundering will be confiscated.

Please note that when you make a deposit and wish to withdraw money later, winnings will only be sent if the recipient’s payment system account is registered in the same name as the depositor’s account. If this rule is violated, we have the right to confiscate the money and block the player’s account.

During all checks carried out to ensure compliance with our AML policy, you agree to provide us with only genuine personal data. Players must understand that if money laundering is detected, we will be forced to report this to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

Players must ensure that all personal information remains up to date. You must provide Locowin with additional information about any changes to your personal details.

Responsible Gambling

Locowin GlobalLocowin.com has a Responsible Gambling Policy. If we identify that a player has a gambling addiction, we are obliged to take measures to ensure that it stops.

  • Players can set deposit limits;
  • Self-exclusion can be used to take a break from gambling for a while or permanently.

After the self-exclusion period ends, the player can contact technical support to remove the restrictions from their account. You can request a withdrawal from your account balance even during the self-exclusion period.

Self-exclusion only applies to the Locowin Global website and does not apply to services provided by other brands. Players can independently remove all restrictions from their account, even during the self-exclusion period. In this case, you will need to wait 24 hours. If a player is found to have a gambling addiction, we have the right to block their account to prevent its further development.

Fair Play

The Locowin Global website features games from providers whose RNGs are certified. Most games also support Fair Play technology, which allows customers to independently verify the results of each round. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if it has not been used for 6 months. The account will be deactivated if it has not been used for 30 months. We will contact you one month before the player’s account is deactivated. After that, we have the right to charge the player a monthly fee of EUR 5.

You can receive compensation for this money if you did not have an internet connection during this period, had health problems, or had another valid reason. In this case, we will transfer the balance of your account to you.

Exceptional Circumstances and Aborted Games

In the event of problems beyond the control of STARSCREAM LTD., we reserve the right to cancel bets and refund them to players. We also reserve the right to cancel, void, or reject bets if they are deemed too large or are placed to abuse the system. All bets will be refunded to players within 2 business days.

In the event of a situation that causes a loss of connection or any other event that leads to the premature termination of the game, all bets may be fully refunded to players. If the game was interrupted or a server error occurred, the player must be refunded.

In the event of errors in the bonus rules, we may adjust player accounts. We are not responsible for downtime, server malfunctions, delays or any technical or political interference with the gaming process. All money will be refunded at the discretion of management.

Complaints and Disputes

Players can contact Locowin technical support at [email protected] to submit complaints. We will endeavour to review all complaints within 7 days. If a player is dissatisfied with the resolution of a complaint, they may contact the Kahnawake Gaming Commission at [email protected]. All complaints will receive a response within 10 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, products and/or games or parts thereof located on the Locowin Global website are the property of STARSCREAM LTD. Our intellectual property may not be used, copied or distributed without our consent.

All trademarks, logos and third-party designations are our registered trademarks or the registered trademarks of other companies, which we have obtained permission to use.

Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control

STARSCREAM LTD. shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the player as a result of natural disasters or any other incidents beyond our control. In such situations, we reserve the right to suspend the operation of our website without incurring any additional liability.

Governing Law

The current Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake. We reserve the right to initiate or defend our rights in legal proceedings in any jurisdiction of our choice.
